RESCHEDULED PROWINE ASIA SINGAPORE SHOW WILL BE HELD 13-16 JULY

Organisers of ProWine Asia announced that the show will now be rescheduled to 13 to 16 July 2020 at Singapore Expo.
Messe Düsseldorf Asia and Informa Markets, the Asia wine show’s co-organisers, said that the third edition of ProWine Asia’s Singapore show will be held alongside FHA-HoReCa show in the same Singapore Expo venue.
Messe Düsseldorf has also postponed their flagship wine show ProWein Dusseldorf 2020 scheduled to take place from 15 to 17 March. The company said a new date will be announced as soon as possible.
Messe Düsseldorf Asia’s Project Director Beatrice Ho said: “The international showcase of wine and spirit labels with that of products and technologies serving the food and hospitality sectors, make for a dynamic pairing and an unrivalled marketplace for cross-sector contacts.”
“The national pavilions and country groups, as well as major exhibitors, have expressed commitment to returning during the new dates and to working closely with us to deliver yet another successful trade fair once again,” she added.
Informa Markets’ Hospitality Food & Beverage Event Director Martyn Cox said: “We are pleased that ProWine Asia will be held alongside FHA-HoReCa. From a show perspective, we believe that the addition will add a generous amount of excitement to the show floor and expand the scope for FHA-HoReCa attendees.”
ProWine Asia wine shows are held in Hong Kong and Singapore in alternate years, this year’s show was originally scheduled to be held in Singapore from 31 March to 3 April but was postponed due to the COVID-19 situation.
Organiser of Vinitaly originally said they will go ahead with this year’s show from 19 to 22 April in Verona. They later decidied to postpone the show to 14-17 June.
