HONG KONG’S FLYING WINE MAKER TO BE DISTRIBUTED BY THE WINE REPUBLIC IN CHINA

The Flying Winemaker of Hong Kong and wine distributor The Wine Republic announced a distribution relationship across Mainland China.
Founded in 2008, The Wine Republic is a specialist wine importer and distributor with four offices in China, and a portfolio of wines from over thirty producers in sevens countries.
The company focuses on working with family-owned and quality-focused producers. The Wine Republic works with many of China’s leading hotel groups and restaurants, as well as providing wines direct to consumers, and to on-line and sub-distribution partners around China.
The Flying Wine Maker was founded by Eddie McDougall, who is a high-profile wine maker, wine critic, and wine communicator. His company sells wines online, hosts wine tasting classes in Hong Kong and also owns Gladstone Vineyard in New Zealand.

Under the distribution partnership, The Flying Winemaker’s range of brands will be distributed to trendy restaurants, premium hotels and a variety of online channels across China.
