The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival will return to Central Harbourfront from 23 to 27 October 2024, with its largest ever format featuring 300 booths showcasing wines and food from 35 countries.
The five-day festival will kick off on 23 October with workshops set in the Tasting Theatre, including pairing Spanish red wines with tapas, exploring gravity-drip sake, fusing Chinese and French flavours, and differentiating between New and Old World wines.
On 24 October, vendors across the grounds will offer Happy Thursday Deals, including buy-one-get-one-free and reduced-price wines, spirits and cocktails.
Wines from countries like Chile, China, France and Australia will be featured and a new zone dedicated to gin and whisky will appeal to spirits lovers.
At the Harbour Lounge, visitors can sip signature cocktails from top international and local mixologists against the stunning Victoria Harbour backdrop.
A new addition to the festival this year is the Culinary Stars showcase, a dozen chefs from Michelin-starred and Bib Gourmand restaurants and Asia’s 50 Best Bars will present top gourmet bites.
The five-day event will culminate a month-long celebration across Hong Kong to enjoy gastronomy found in every corner of the world.
From 28 October to 30 November 30, over 300 restaurants and bars across Hong Kong will participate in Taste Around Town, a month-long culinary celebration featuring four themed campaigns.
Food lovers can indulge in “Beef Up November,” with more than 40 venues, including steakhouses and hotpot spots, offering special beef dishes and menus.
Over 200 mid- to high-end restaurants will join “Chill EAT,” providing exclusive discounts throughout November.
In Lan Kwai Fong, Hong Kong’s world-renowned nightlife district, 24 bars and restaurants will offer perks like complimentary welcome drinks as part of “Sip and Savour in LKF.”
Additionally, over 70 bars citywide will participate in the “Hong Kong Bar Show,” featuring free or discounted drinks.
Entry tickets are available on the Hong Kong Tourism Board website for HKD40. Tickets with token add-ons to pay for experiences at the festival are available via Klook.
