SUNTORY TO OPEN POP-UP BARS AROUND THE WORLD TO PROMOTE ITS PREMIUM MALT’S BEER

Japanese drinks giant Suntory is to open pop-up beer bars called The Premium Malt’s House in selected cities around the world over a two-month period starting from July.

The publicity stunt aims at introducing its The Premium Malt's beer to consumers around the world at a time when the 2024 Olympics will take place in Paris.

The Premium Malt’s is brewed 100 percent in Japan and described as having a rich, distinctive flavour and an elegant aroma.

The company said it craft this beer using carefully selected ingredients including high quality groundwater, umami-rich Diamond Malt and European aroma hops.

This beer’s signature characteristic is its fine creamy foam, expressed as kami-awa in Japanese. Suntory and many Japanese consumers believe that the goodness of beer comes out in the foam.

The Premium Malt’s has been enjoyed by Japanese consumers since its debut in 2003, global consumers can now taste it at the pop-up beer bars to be held in selected world cities.
